1. Can I purchase Baskin-Robbins products online?
Yes! You can order products online to be picked up at a
Baskin-Robbins shop near you. We offer cakes, Polar Pizza® Ice Cream
Treats, pre-packed quarts and other products. You can customize your
online orders, too. Just click "Order Online" to get started.
2. I see a cake I like on the menu. Why can't I order it from my
local shop?
Most shops are able to create an assortment of cake designs, but not
every cake design is available at every shop. If you don't see
exactly what you're looking for, please contact your local shop to
place a custom order. Visit our "Find a Shop" page to find your
nearest shop.
3. Can I change or cancel my order?
To change or cancel your order, please contact the shop from which
you ordered. Some modifications may adjust your final price. Any
additional charges will be due at the time of pickup.
